Motion Comics are a cool new trend in the world of graphic novels. Instead of turning the novels and comics into full blown movies with big budgets the studios are developing more stylized animated releases. Motion Comics maintain the same look and feel that the original artists intended and add subtle "camera" moves and voice over to bring the illustration to life. In this way they are a lot closer to the original comic, but cooler. Once of the best things about these is that they are primarily made for digital distribution on services like iTunes, so you can download them straight to your computer, iPhone, iPod, etc. Warner Bros. has come out with a whole series of these Motion Comics around Watchmen .
